The scene I mentioned earlier - how Travis portrays the emotions of what everyone was feeling was incredible. He keeps the same voices from book to book, never over dramatizes - he’s about as perfect of a narrater you will ever listen to. Baldree brings them to life with his voice. Wight has a marvelous talent of bringing the characters to life on paper but Mr. And how much he has grown to love those around him. What I also love about the book (and the others) is there is a lot of humor at the right times! I’m not going to give any spoilers but there is one part towards the end where I sat straight up and shouted “I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!!” I was laughing and crying because now you understand the journey - you understand why he did what he did. Also, there are times in this book I found myself holding my breath wondering how it was going to turn out. The characters are great, you either love them & want them to win/succeed or you hate them & you want them to be destroyed. When I can’t decide on what to listen to, I listen to these.
